When Sam Mahrouq acquired the former Caravan Motor Hotel property, he chose not to replace a piece of Arlington's history, but to write its next chapter—transforming an iconic roadside landmark into a boutique hotel that honors the city's past while contributing to its future.

For Sam, the project has always been about legacy.

"Division Street gave me my start. I came to Arlington as an 18-year-old international student with very little, and this city gave me the opportunity to build a life and a business. Caravan Court is my way of honoring the street that made me successful—and giving something meaningful back to the city that has given me so much."
